SENDINGS
The costs of national shipping, are fully supported by Leather Goods by Belcinto.
Shipping to Europe has a cost of 6€, except for Spain where the value is 4€.
DELIVERY
The transport service is provided by CTT.
When the product is picked up at Belcinto it is the responsibility of the carrier. If there is any loss or damage to the product during the delivery process, the responsibility for complaint is Belcinto’s to CTT. So, if your order is in the conditions mentioned above, you will have to send an e-mail to info@leather-goods.pt, putting in the subject your order number and the problem you had with the delivery. It is our responsibility to confirm receipt of the e-mail and to complain to the carrier, and when we have an update we will inform you by e-mail.
DELIVERY TIMES
Barring exceptional situations, the products will be delivered within a maximum of 7 working days after the order is placed. If there are reasons for delay, Leather Goods by Belcinto is committed to informing the Client and making every effort to quickly resolve the situation.
Exceptional situations are considered to be vacation or holiday periods, as well as the production of products under customer order, in situations like the last one, 3 business days are added to the delivery period.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you should contact us via e-mail at info@leather-goods.pt within 14 days of receiving it.
You must identify your order number and the products to be exchanged/returned, indicating whether you want to replace them with an identical product, repair, or get refund of the amount paid.
The products must be returned in good condition and unused. The items must be packaged in such a way as to ensure their safe transport.
You should wait for our reply to the e-mail, where we will indicate the procedure to follow according to what you have indicated. You should never send your order back to us without our permission, so we will not be responsible for its non-arrival.
Under the above conditions, we undertake to make refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned items at our premises, to the IBAN from which the initial payment was made.
